In Vitro Inhibition Effects of 2-Amino Thiazole Derivatives on Lactoperoxidase Enzyme Activity
نویسندگان
چکیده
Lactoperoxidase (LPO E.C. 1.11.1.7) is a member of the peroxidase family and an important glycoprotein containing heme group in its structure showing antimicrobial effect on disease causing microorganisms digestive system newborn babies. Thiazoles are simplest members heterocyclic compounds nitrogen sulfur atoms their structure. Many active pharmaceutical substances such as vitamin B1, penicillin, those obtained by synthesis, contain thiazole ring. It desirable to evaluate biological activities derivatives, antiprotozoal antibacterial, antifungal, antituberculosis, anthelmintic, with emphasis potential medical applications. The aim this study was determine vitro inhibition profiles 2-amino derivatives against bovine LPO enzyme. In it determined that all amino inhibited enzyme competitively. When results were compared each other, 2-Amino-4-(4-chlorophenyl) compound showed best Ki value 250±100 nM.

متن کاملIn vitro and in silico studies of the inhibitory effects of some novel kojic acid derivatives on tyrosinase enzyme
Objective(s): Tyrosinase is a key enzyme in pigment synthesis. Overproduction of melanin in parts of the skin results in hyperpigmentation diseases. This enzyme is also responsible for the enzymatic browning in fruits and vegetables. Thus, its inhibitors are of great importance in the medical, cosmetic and agricultural fields. Materials and Methods: A series of twelve kojic acid derivatives wer...
متن کاملSynthesis and in vitro Anti-Bacterial Activity of 2-(5-Nitro-2-heteroaryl)-1,3,4-Thiadiazole Derivatives
A new series of 2-(5-nitro-2-heteroaryl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives, including nitro furan, nitro thiophene and nitro imidazole, were synthesized and screened in vitro for their inhibitory activity against eight bacterial strains. The results showed that most of the synthesized compounds were active against Gram-positive bacteria, determined by MIC method. Among them, compounds <str...
